What's the difference between consulting and customs broker?
A customs broker executes clearance. Consulting acts beforehand, structuring the operation to reduce taxes, apply special regimes and ensure compliance. Aduana Prime does both — with senior technical practice few brokers offer.
Is consulting worthwhile for companies that already have a broker?
Yes. A reactive broker executes operations; strategic consulting reviews the entire chain to identify overpaid taxes, unapplied special regimes, and fiscal adjustments. Most companies undergoing diagnosis identify relevant tax savings.
How long does the strategic diagnosis take?
Between 15 and 30 days, depending on operation volume and complexity. Includes deep technical dive into portfolio, costs, margin, tax structure and applicable regimes. We deliver an objective map with impact prioritization.
Do you serve companies outside São Paulo?
Yes, we serve clients throughout Brazil. Strategic meetings in São Paulo or at client facilities, with remote operational management via digital desk. We operate through Viracopos, Santos and Guarulhos as main ports/airports.
